Heading 1

The template is intended as a modern and simple design suitable for business or personal use.

The design is a full width, liquid layout with generous white space, so it should scale well to most standard screen sizes. It uses full CSS for formatting and should work in most modern browsers.

I've tested it in IE 6, Opera 8, Firefox 1.5 and Safari. I don't think I made any terrible errors that will break it in older browsers but I can't guarantee that.

Heading 2

The main menu is a horizontal unordered list.

A Sub menu for child pages is set in the sidebar, just under the search box. It will only appear when its parent page is selected. There is an image header that will appear, too, that says, "Section Menu."

Images in the main content section have a 2pixel top and bottom padding and a 4 pixel left and right padding, so you shouldn't need to use the depreciated hspace or vspace tags. Image border is set to 0 for all images.

The doctype is XHTML Transitional, though the template itself validates as strict, so if you want to tweak the Website Baker settings on all your pages you can do hardcore standards.

You can change the logo by replacing the Website Baker image with one of your own. The file name is logo.png. It is designed to a standard banner height of 60-68 pixels.

The screen stylesheet should have most common formatting situations covered.

The print style sheet makes the navigation tabs, the footer and the left column disappear. The logo image and the site slogan will still display. Though the text for the slogan will print black on a white background.
